If 3 things hadn't occurred then this review would have happily been 5 stars. I appreciated that everything was finalized over email since I am in Norcal and Robbie, Jose, and Bill were great and very easy to work with. I paid a deposit and booked a flight into Long Beach airport and they were nice enough to offer to pick me up
Here's where I'm docking stars:
1) Jose drove the car I was purchasing to the airport to pick me up. I may be the only one who feels this way but I really didn't like this. His reasoning was he wanted me to experience driving the car - I've already driven the model, I don't need you driving my new car around, thanks
2) i never actually got picked up - I was waiting for half an hour while he attempted to find where the airport pickup and dropoff was - I said I'll just get an Uber but he was sure that he'd be faster - I finally just got one bc my patience had run thin - it took less than 2min to get an Uber and we beat him back to the dealership.
3) I received my car with 40 miles on it most of which probably came from him driving it around for half an hour at the airport -

I wanted to go to a Hyundai dealership for an oil change. I can no longer go to the Glendale Hyundai because my dad yelled at them when they tried to charge me $1000 for some made-up nonsense.
So, after carefully researching dealerships, I drove 20 miles from Silver Lake to Long Beach. I made an appointment online, waited about an hour, and had breakfast down the street at Fantastic Burgers.
Great service from Advisor Esteban. My oil change was a reasonable $39.95. There is a comfortable waiting area where you can charge your phone, have snacks, and watch tv. I will be returning. -

We needed to trade in our recently purchased Jeep and had been let down with low ball offers. I randomly reached out to Harbor Hyundai and Leonard Fischer contacted me. We went back and forth via email and text and ultimately had a deal we were both satisfied with. My husband and I arrived to basically sign papers on our new vehicle. Never has it been so easy!

Brought my car for its 1st oil change. Place is clean, has plenty of phone chargers, tv, coffee and tea. They offer shuttle service too. My only issue was that I was there for over 2 hours and my car had already been just sitting there. If I had not walked up to check on my car, who knows how long I would've sat there waiting for it. My service consultant was Jake Bumacod. They even did a pretty good job washing the car. My only recommendation would be to just be on top of them and making sure that your car is ready on time. If you don't, you could be here all day
